One on one training

One-on-one personal training is individually tailored to each person's goals.

This includes 1 on 1 sessions with a coach 2 or more times a week. Sessions are 60 minutes long and fully personalized to fit a member's goals and current skill level. It also includes a personalized weekly workout plan, homework to do outside of PRSVR, personalized nutrition, Evolt Membership, & weekly accountability check ins.

online coaching

This membership has weekly programs written for the member via our training platform. It includes video explanations as well as set weights and repetition to fit the members goals and current skill level. This also includes personalized nutrition coaching and 1 weekly video or phone call check in.

Group Training

Our group training classes are up to 30 members with a mix of strength training and HIIT. These classes are taught by our knowledgeable and energetic coaches that are focused on creating a fun and safe environment to push all of our members. We ensure the safety of all our members by having 1 coach per 12 members. This ensures all of our members are able to exercise with proper form and push themselves.

nutrition coaching

Our biggest goal with our nutrition coaching program is to truly educate our members. We help them better understand how results happen from nutrition so that they can build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food. We do not believe in any form of extreme approach when it comes to diet. Nutrition is way more than just about the physical results but also about the way we perform when our bodies are fueled and appropriately nourished.
